Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver preventive, restorative, and educational dental services to children and young people in a school-based mobile dental environment. You will work alongside dentists, dental assistants, and support staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting good oral health habits.

Deliver oral health education to students, teachers, and parents to promote healthy habits.

Work collaboratively with dentists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.

Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.

Engage with schools and students in a respectful and friendly manner, representing Australian Smile Group with professionalism.

Requirements

Strong clinical skills with a focus on children’s dentistry and preventive care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and school staff.

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check.

Up-to-date CPR and infection control training.

Valid driver’s license (preferred, as travel to school sites is required).

Why Join Us?

Supportive and collaborative team environment.

Flexible work arrangements available.

Ongoing training and professional development.

Work with modern, fully equipped mobile dental vans.
