• Provide project support in research activities and analysis and assist the team in the effective and efficient coordination of industrial land use planning, infrastructure planning and development in State Development Areas, declared and managed under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971.
• Assist the team in project and contract management, including the procurement of technical consultants undertaking major economic, engineering, environmental and planning studies, and general project management including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
• Contribute to the preparation of well researched statutory decisions, briefs, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and other material to assist in the team meeting scheduled timeframes
• Provide project support to the team by assisting to implement effective administrative and statutory processes such as appropriate record keeping, business reporting database systems and responding to inquiries to the Office of the Coordinator-General.
• Demonstrate commitment to the Department and Office of the Coordinator General's values and contribute to a harmonious and effective team culture and practice
• Attend meetings and forums as required.
