What You'll Do:

Work as a childcare worker with autonomy, initiative, and creativity.

Bring your own spark to nature-based, play-driven learning.

Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and our unique philosophy.

Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and fellow educators.

Embrace professional growth with regular feedback, mentoring, and training.

Contribute to a team culture that values reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Be responsive to each child’s needs and interests, with a strong focus on inclusion and positive guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

A bold and capable educator with at least 5 years’ experience.

Someone who’s not afraid to try new things or step into leadership.

Deep knowledge of the NQF and early childhood theorists.

A commitment to high-quality practice and lifelong learning.

Full-time availability on a rotating roster and flexible in age groups.

Appropriate qualifications, First Aid, CPR, and WWCC.
