At wello kids early learning, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Educator (Cert III or Diploma qualified) to join our team full time, working 38 hours per week. You’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality early learning experiences that support children to thrive, while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Your role will include

Supporting children’s learning through engaging, play-based experiences

Contributing to planning, documentation, and reflection with your team

Fostering a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment

Communicating positively with children, families and colleagues

Following all compliance, health, and safety procedures

Supporting room routines, transitions and daily tasks with initiative and care

What we’re looking for

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Child Protection training

A warm, respectful communicator who brings joy and professionalism to their work

A collaborative team player who loves making a difference every day
