Site Manager Bobs Farm NSW Multi Residential

We are seeking an experienced Multi Residential Site Manager to help the team deliver high end homes in our Over 50's lifestyle village. We have an established trade base and site team about to embark on the next stage of this exciting development.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction to deliver the next stage of our build. You will be supported on site with your established team as well as off site with full support of our wonderful office-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day -to -day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to maintain smooth progress.

Develop and maintain construction program to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Foster and maintain a positive team environment

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in Site Management with experience in the Over 50's lifestyle space an advantage.

Strong knowledge of current construction compliance, methodologies and materials.

Current NSW Supervisor License.

Adept at problem solving and dispute resolution.
