Your role (and why it matters):

You’ll walk alongside NDIS participants to help them:

Make sense of their plan (without the jargon)

Connect with the right services — not just the nearest ones

Build confidence, self-direction, and independence

Tackle challenges with empathy, advocacy and clear action

Keep their journey on track with care, clarity and trust

You’ll manage a caseload, but more importantly — you’ll create momentum in people’s lives.

What we’re looking for:

A strong understanding of the NDIS and Support Coordination

Natural communicator with people of all backgrounds

Calm under pressure, great with boundaries, and solutions-focused

You’ve worked in disability, social work, mental health or community services

You care — deeply — and back that up with action

NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & a driver’s licence
