ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the contact centre team in a full-time, temporary role starting immediately. You’ll be working alongside a mid-sized, close-knit team, delivering high-quality customer service to inbound callers. While this role may share some similarities with traditional call centre jobs, the environment here is much more rewarding, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential to extend. While the role is primarily office-based in Melbourne CBD, you can enjoy 2 days of working from home each week after the training period, which can take 3-4 months or longer, depending on individual progress.

DUTIES

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Provide troubleshooting and customer support over the phone
• Maintain and update internal databases
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems during calls
• Meet and exceed KPIs in a dynamic environment
• Manage challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence
• Be available for shift work (hours between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., across seven days a week)

• Must pass a police and background check
• Melbourne-based candidates only; this is an office-based role with hybrid options after training
