What's your role?
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and delivering outstanding service.
What you’ll be doing?
Answering customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner
Providing support with billing, technical queries, and account services
Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Logging and managing customer interactions in internal systems
Meeting individual and team KPIs around customer satisfaction and quality
What we're looking for?
Natural people-person with strong communication skills
Problem-solver who enjoys fast-paced environment
Previous customer service/call center experience a plus (but not essential — as training is provided!)
Operational Hours
Training: 3-4 Weeks (9 am- 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri) - Work from Office
Nesting: 3-4 Weeks (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri) - Work from Office
Thereafter: Timing: 7 am - 11 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Sun (Rotating Roster)
