For over 30 years, The Fire Protection Specialists have proudly served our community in the fire protection industry — installing and maintaining extinguishers, fire alarms and more.
Our office is looking for someone who is organised, dependable, and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
The ideal candidate must have competency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word, be capable of juggling a few tasks at once without getting overwhelmed and be comfortable working in a small office where everyone pitches in.
No two days are exactly the same, but your main tasks will include:
Answering phones and emails
Entering data and updating reports
Scheduling service calls and managing technician calendars
Keeping the office organised
Communicating with clients, technicians and office staff
Helping out wherever needed — Possibility to carry out additional tasks as required.
This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday through Friday — with steady hours.
