Are you an experienced travel industry professional with a proven track record in sales leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Sales Team Leader role with a global travel organisation, where you'll play a key part in driving team success and business growth.

About the role ✈️

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and implement performance plans as required
• Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Monitor team KPIs and support continuous improvement
• Foster a positive, results-driven culture by leading from the front
• Collaborate with senior leaders on business growth initiatives
• Work a 7-day rotating roster
• Staggered shift times following Eastern hours, starting as early as 6AM

What we're looking for 🏆

• Proven leadership experience in the travel industry (call centre experience a bonus)
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership with a track record of achieving results
• Strong communication and people skills with a confident and professional approach
• In-depth understanding of the sales process, from opening conversations to closing deals
• Resilient, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
