About

Healthy Building Systems Australia provide a range of Hygiene Management and Cleaning services in commercial buildings including Aged Care facilities.

The Role

Healthy Building Systems Australia are seeking a Technician to join their close-knit team on a full-time basis.

The primary focus of your role will be Soft & Hard Floor cleaning and maintenance.

Your duties will include, but not limited to -

· Soft & Hard Floor Cleaning and maintenance

· Upholstery Cleaning

· Tile and Grout Cleaning

· Attend OHS, Staff and Toolbox meetings as required.

Selection Criteria -

· Previous experience in Soft & Hard Floor cleaning and maintenance an advantage

· Great communication skills as you will be meeting our clients’ everyday as a representative of HBSA.

· Current Police Clearance

· Flu vaccination

· Hold a valid Australian manual driver’s license

· Be mindful of confidential intellectual property

Suitable candidate should also be able to demonstrate -

· Strong focus on customer service and outcome

· Ability to work unsupervised

· Well presented at all times

· Great time management skills

· Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

· Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test if required

· Availability to work the occasional Saturday and occasional evening work
