At Swan Facade Services we specialise in all types of high rise window cleaning and height safety works, especially large contracts and multi-story complexes done by means of BMU and EWP within the Perth Metropolitan District. Job tasks & Responsibilities

This is a casual position with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful person will be required to undertake window cleaning tasks via EWP's and BMU's and the installation and certification of height safety systems. You must be able to work in diverse environments while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a reliable vehicle is essential.

This position requires availability to work Monday-Sunday with frequent out-of-hours work.

Please note: this is not a rope access position.

Skills & Experience

Window Cleaners/Heights Technicians

Essential

Minimum 2 years window cleaning experience

Working at Heights

Valid Police Clearance within 1 year

Current Valid Australian Drivers License

Access to Vehicle

Desirable

High Risk Licence (EWP) or ability to obtain

Previous Height Safety Installation and Certification Experience

White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
Rate of pay is based upon previous and current demonstrated experience.
