We are looking for a highly organized, compassionate and patient-focused experienced Practice Nurse who is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest standards of healthcare.

We are offering approximately 14-21hrs/week (2-3days) with the possibility of more to cover leave when required.

As a Practice Nurse, you will:

Have a current AHPRA registration as either a Registered or Enrolled Nurse

Experience in General Practice (desirable)

Familiarity with Best Practice software (desirable)

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care

Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Undertake day-to-day clinical operations with the General Practice

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care

Perform Immunizations, wound care & assist with minor procedures

Chronic Disease Management & Health Assessments

ECGs, INRs, cold chain infection control

Stock control & reminder system maintenance
