We’re an AGPAL-accredited, community-focused medical centre caring for patients of all ages, with a special focus on supporting our seniors. We’re seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide patient care: wound care, vaccinations, chronic disease management, health assessments, and medication administration.

Manage infection prevention & control in line with AGPAL standards, including sterilisation, cleaning protocols, and staff training.

Oversee cold chain management for vaccines in accordance with “Strive for 5” guidelines.

* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with quality improvement and reaccreditation activities.

* Mentor and support new nurses, promoting best practice care.

What You’ll Need:

* Current nursing degree & AHPRA registration.

* Experience in general practice or community health.

* Knowledge of infection control and cold chain protocols.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
