Your Day-to-Day:

Keep things running smoothly with top-notch administrative support throughout the recruitment process

Write standout job ads and post them across platforms to attract great candidates

Dive into recruitment databases and platforms to unearth the best talent

Act as the go-between for clients and candidates – clear, timely communication is your superpower

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our recruitment systems

Continuously look for ways to improve processes and boost efficiency

Stay on top of market trends and competitor movements to keep clients in the know

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves:

Knowledge of recruiting in the ICT space, especially for Federal Government

The desire and ability to have a strong focus on business development, reverse marketing candidates and ability to sign up new clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Commercial awareness – you know how to balance people and business needs

A team player who’s always ready to learn and contribute

Nice-to-haves:

A customer service mindset – professional, responsive, and people-focused

A background in sales, recruitment and ICT.

A general knowledge of the ICT industry and its terminology
