The Role

You’ll take ownership of a newly created, well-maintained mixed-use portfolio spanning commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as primary liaison with Body Corporates and key stakeholders
• Coordinating quotations, repairs, and maintenance
• Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes for meetings
• Convening and conducting meetings, including AGMs
• Driving portfolio performance while maintaining compliance

The Candidate

We’re seeking a professional with proven property or legal industry experience. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong knowledge of ACT Strata Legislation (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio and staff effectively
• High-level organisational, administrative, and detail-orientation skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
