Founded in 1927, Mount Osmond Golf Club is a premier Adelaide venue, with a heritage clubhouse and panoramic city views. We’re a welcoming, vibrant club committed to creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Events Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This role oversees daily restaurant and bar service while ensuring the seamless delivery of member events, private functions and corporate occasions.

What you’ll do

Lead, roster, and support FOH staff with training and onboarding

Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant operations

Prepare, set up and execute events with confidence and attention to detail

Collaborate across departments to deliver excellent member and guest experiences

Maintain compliance with RSA and WHS requirements

Strong background in hospitality operations

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide casual staff

Professional communication and a friendly, approachable style

Self-motivation, adaptability and the ability to multi-task

Detail orientation and pride in delivering high standards

Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
