About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in Rozelle. You’ll play a key role in coordinating communication, scheduling jobs, updating systems, and supporting insurance and remedial projects across Sydney and NSW.

Duties
- Liaise with clients and trades to book/schedule jobs
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Review reports, submissions & send contracts
- Update customers on their repair progress
- Maintain records in client web portals & internal systems
- Complete customer surveys and support reporting
Skills& Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive and deadline-driven approach
- Scheduling/insurance admin experience desirable
- Experience in construction administration (preferred)
