Duties

• Identify structural defects, safety risks & compliance issues
• Complete detailed inspection reports with recommendations
• Support safe property transactions, maintenance & renovations
• Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofs
• Liaise with clients to provide technical guidance

Skills & Experience

• Experience in building and/or pest inspections
• QLD Builder’s Licence & Registered Building Inspectors Course (or eligibility)
• Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010). If you dont have this, you must be willing to undertake it. Our client will reimburse.
• Strong attention to detail & reporting skills
• Police clearance, valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
