Description - The Role:
As a Painting Defects/Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for conducting inspections throughout the finishing stages of each build in regards to the Painting on the Townhouse project. They engage with internal construction teams whilst ensuring our builds are delivered at the highest standard. Immediate start.

About you:

* Similar experience within residential/Townhouse construction
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
* Strong built form experience and knowledge
* Good eye for detail on site
* good communication with subcontractors
* Strong ability to talk and deal with clients during hand over
* Know how to use Procore

You will Receive:

- 1 month contract
- $110k -$130k package down to an hourly rate
- Supportive team environment
- Working on a $100mil Project
