THE ROLE
* The preference for location of this role is Brisbane; however, we are open to candidates from Melbourne and Sydney.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the effective operational management, configuration, and continuous improvement of the organisations’ Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce) platform. This role ensures both systems are optimised to support business processes, deliver accurate data, and provide a seamless user experience. The administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce and Certinia-related matters, supporting users, driving enhancements, and ensuring system integrity across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce and Certinia environments, including user management, security, permissions, and data integrity.
· Manage and resolve user support tickets related to Salesforce and Certinia access, functionality, report configuration and data issues.
· Support the Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to manage updates, releases, and new features for both platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to maximise user adoption and system effectiveness.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customisations, and processes for both platforms.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements.
· Ensure data quality and consistency across both platforms, supporting accurate reporting and analytics.
· Ensure both platforms comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service and growing long-term relationships.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, sales, and operations.
Experience with user training, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce, Certinia, and other business systems.
Highly Desired. Proven experience administering Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce) platforms, including configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.
Highly Desired. Experience with Reports and Dashboards creation and the ability to support customer requests for complex reporting.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
