Family owned and run, we are an integrated healthcare and development company currently seeking a passionate and motivated IT Network and Systems Administrator to join our team based in North Lakes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining our organisation's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support to our staff across all departments.

Whilst primarily working from our Head Office in North Lakes, local travel will be required to our satellite clinic sites from Beerwah to Tamborine in order to supply on site services on both a preventative maintenance and reactive basis.

Key responsibilities include:

Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and provide end-user support

Troubleshot hardware, software and network issues

Support and maintain server hardware, ensuring optimal functionality

Manage and monitor IT networking equipment

Assist with after hours maintenance and support as required

Create and maintain user access / maintain security roles

Assist with the management of IT security, applying regular updates

Assist with the implementation of disaster recovery and backup procedures, monitoring their effectiveness

Maintain asset registers to manage infrastructure lifecycle

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in an IT support role

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Familiarity with system administration and network management tools

relevant tertiary education will be highly regarded

Experience in the building and development or healthcare sectors would be highly regarded
