What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance across global entities
Lead and support regional finance teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Manage monthly close and ensure compliance with accounting standards (AASB/IFRS)
Partner with senior leadership on process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations
About You
CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years’ financial accounting experience
Financial Services experience essential
Strong technical knowledge of AASB/IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
Track record of managing teams and working across multiple regions/time zones
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive and detail-oriented with a mindset for process improvement and automation
