This fast growing, PE backed tech aggregator are on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join the business on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building a best in class finance capability that supports an ambitious growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Oversee financial systems, controls, and risk management
• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Partner with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders

About You
We’re looking for a commercially-minded finance leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You will bring:

• CA/CPA qualified (Big 4 background highly regarded)
• Proven senior finance leadership in a growth or PE-backed environment
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Experience scaling finance systems and processes
• Track record of driving change and building high-performing teams
• Sharp business judgment and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite
