We're looking for a full time SolidWorks Operator to join the Bella Manufacturing team. This isn't just a drafting job, it's a chance to be the driving force behind our new SolidWorks ecosystem. As we move from AutoCAD to a completely new way of designing and building, you'll be the one turning bold client concepts into eye-catching mobile businesses. You won't just be creating drawings; you'll be shaping our future.

Every day will be a new challenge. You'll take on a wide range of projects, from custom coffee vans to large-scale shipping container conversions. You'll own the design process, creating fabrication-ready drawings and stunning 3D and VR models that'll wow our clients long before we lay down the first weld.

This role is working from our Warana, Qld (Sunshine Coast) office and is not a remote or WFH position.

What We're Looking For

A SolidWorks trailblazer. You have recent, proven experience and a deep understanding of the platform.

The confidence to innovate. You can produce accurate, detailed drawings that our fabrication team can trust.

A creative problem-solver. You'll work independently to find solutions and collaborate with our sales and fabrication teams to bring one-of-a-kind projects to life.

A passion for getting things done. Your designs won't just live on a server; they'll get built and deployed across Australia.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SolidWorks experience in a commercial environment

• Proficiency in SolidWorks assemblies, sheet metal design & BOM for fabrication
projects

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or custom vehicle conversion preferred
