We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People & Capability team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis for an 8-month contract.

In this role, you’ll provide efficient and accurate administrative and coordination support across Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR), and Employee Relations (ER), working with a diverse workforce. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive employee experience by delivering confidential, professional, and consistent support while escalating more complex matters to the HR Advisory team.

What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to general HR enquiries and processing standard requests.

Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and databases.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.

Monitor service levels, prepare routine correspondence, and escalate matters requiring HR Advisor or Manager input.

Provide coordination and administrative support to HR Advisors and the HR Advisory Manager on more complex issues.

You bring strong attention to detail, a passion for delivering great employee experiences, and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice. You’re comfortable working across multiple priorities and systems, and you enjoy being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers alike. You’ll also bring:

Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Experience in HR administration or a similar support role.

Familiarity with HRIS or employee record systems (advantageous).
