4 x finalists for Educators of the Year AWARD

We are looking for educators to join our team to teach some of the below courses.

-Diploma of Beauty Educator (Must hold Diploma of Beauty and tae40116 or equivalent and have previous experience of working in an RTO)

-Short Course Educator Training our fashion/on trend 1-5 Day short course intensive, Nails, Lashes, Brows this is an excellent career pathway for those starting out in being an educator for development into a more formal long term Educator role

-Advanced Diploma of skin and laser (Must hold Diploma of Beauty and tae40116 or equivalent) experience in advanced skin therapies and lasers highly regarded

-Cert III Nail Technology Educator

-Diploma of Laser and IPL Educator

Provide an outstanding learning experience by drawing on previous experience to deliver a wealth of knowledge to your students

Hold TAE or be prepared towards holding this qualification

Must have good leadership and communication skills

Trainers primary role will be to deliver a hands on approach and practical skills in a warm welcoming environment helping each student reach their goals

Must have caring nature

must be exceptionally well groomed

Training Experience desirable

Passionate to Inspire others and create excitement into the industry

Be able to work self sufficiently

Good communication skills with an ability to liaise with people of all ages

Organisational skills

Experienced educators highly regarded, however, A Beauty Therapist will also be considered for the position with relevant industry experience and desire to learn, the below will be required-

3 years experience within the Beauty Industry

TEA40116 Qualification or equivalent highly regarded (or open to completion by 2025)
