About the Role
As the Assistant Development Manager, you will work closely with Senior Development Managers to support the planning, design, and delivery of development projects. This is a hands-on, office-based role that offers exposure to all facets of the development process- from acquisitions and feasibility through to construction, marketing, and settlement.
You will:
Assist with site acquisition research, feasibility modelling, and concept development
Support planning applications and liaise with consultants and authorities
Coordinate design documentation and assist with tender processes
Help manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and funding documentation
Contribute to marketing and sales strategies, branding, and reporting
Assist with project handovers, settlement processes, and client relations
Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external consultants
Work collaboratively across departments including finance, sales, and construction
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their property development career.
About You
You are a motivated and organised professional with:
A tertiary qualification in Property, Project Management, Construction, or a related field
Experience or strong interest in the property development process
Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Estate Master
A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a passion for real estate
