Inner city school in a desirable location. The OSHC was recently assessed as ‘meeting’ in every area. This is an opportunity for a permanent full-time position for 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours to create suitable work/life balance.

Remuneration: Above award rates between $39.82- $47.80/hour, depending on experience.

Desirable knowledge and experience:

Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills
Ability to relate well with children, families and staff
Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP
Knowledge of the CCS and Children Services Award preferred

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree level qualification or equivalent as approved by ACECQA
First Aid qualifications as approved by ACECQA
Responding to Abuse, Harm and Neglect training
DHS Working with Children Clearance

Minimum 1-2 years of OSHC/childcare experience required

Flexible working hours including before/after school and school holidays
