About the role

We are looking for an experienced Steel Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This casual full-time role will see you working as part of our dynamic manufacturing operations, contributing your specialist skills to the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products and accessories.

What you'll be doing

Fabricate, assemble and weld steel components to industry standards

Read and interpret CAD drawings, schematics and specifications

Operate machinery and equipment such as welding machines, CNC Press & Plasma, grinders and cutting tools

Carry out quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing workflows and processes

Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Experience in boiler making or metal fabrication, or equivalent demonstrated experience

Extensive hands-on experience in steel fabrication and welding

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications

Proficient in the use of MIG welding equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
