K&F Fabrications is a growing team of metalwork specialists delivering high-end architectural projects across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Under new ownership since late 2024, we’ve been expanding our capabilities and taking on unique, design-driven builds - from balustrades to screens, handrails and custom elements.

We’re not the biggest team - and we intend to keep it that way. We're looking for the right people, not the most people: tradespeople who care about quality, show up with a good attitude, and fit our culture of respect, attention to detail, and high standards.

We’re now looking for a qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator who’s not just great with a TIG torch, but takes real pride in their craft.

What You’ll Do

Fabricate architectural components from aluminium and stainless steel.

Execute high-end TIG welds that are clean and consistent

Interpret shop drawings with precision and contribute to the design-fabrication workflow

Work on custom projects that challenge your skill and keep the job interesting

Collaborate with a tight-knit team to meet deadlines with top quality output

What You Bring

Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker or Sheet Metal)

Advanced TIG welding skills in both aluminium and stainless steel

Strong fabrication experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Meticulous attention to detail - you take the time to get the finish right

A positive attitude, great work ethic, and willingness to go the extra 1%

Bonus: MIG welding ability, or install experience is a plus
