We’re on the lookout for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established construction company delivering a $20M boarding house project in Sydney’s Inner West.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, variations, and progress claims, while working closely with site team and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. What we’re looking for:

3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in construction

Strong understanding of contract management and project financials

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
