About the role

The Coordinator Telecommunications is responsible for managing the department’s telecommunications systems and vendor contracts, ensuring effective service delivery, strategic alignment, and compliance with departmental policies. The role provides expert advice on telecommunications strategies, leads project teams, and supports continuous improvement in information and knowledge management. It also involves stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, and maintaining awareness of emerging technologies.
