Key Responsibilities

Lead matters from start to finish in family, wills & estates and property matters

Appear in court and at mediations

Liaise directly with clients, counsel and external parties

Draft advice, correspondence and court documents

Contribute to matter strategy and advise on risk, value and commercial outcomes

Manage both litigation and transactional matters, sometimes in parallel

Collaborate with the Principal on complex matters and key client relationships

Identify cross-practice opportunities to deliver holistic client solutions

Support matters in other areas of law depending on your interests (optional)

Play a key role in shaping a positive, collaborative team culture as we grow

Essential experience and qualifications

5+ years post-admission in private practice across family, wills and property law

Critical and strategic thinker – much of your work will be complex, not routine

Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise independently

Proactive mindset and genuine interest in contributing to firm growth

Current NSW practising certificate and unrestricted working rights in Australia
