The Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with EYLF and National Quality Standards.

Foster children’s development through choice, agency, and holistic growth.

Create a safe and nurturing environment prioritising health, hygiene, and emotional well-being.

Collaborate closely with families and our friendly team to build meaningful and respectful relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

You will be:

A qualified Certificate III or Diploma holder in Children’s Services or Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing one).

Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and creative, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledgeable about regulations and frameworks, including National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Law, and EYLF.
