Role Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable for performance.

Manage and prioritise team workload effectively to meet project deadlines.

Ensure regulatory policies, standards, and guidelines are correctly applied across all work.

Provide oversight of document quality and technical accuracy.

Deliver clear project progress reporting to stakeholders.

Maintain effective communication with clients and external consultants.

Oversee end-to-end management of small to medium projects.

Contribute to civil engineering design, feasibility studies, and compliance documentation.

Prepare and review civil engineering compliance statements.

Outcome / Product:

A project team empowered to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor of Civil Engineering – eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.

5–7+ years’ experience delivering civil engineering projects in Australia.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold people accountable.

Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D; working knowledge of MUSIC and DRAINS (or similar).

Demonstrated client-facing ability with excellent communication and reporting skills.

Strong track record of delivering projects end-to-end, including compliance and quality assurance.
