We are looking for people who are interested in this job and will commit longer than 6 months so unfortunately we won't be taking on any working holidays makers/backpackers.

The Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working gardener to join our maintenance team. This hands-on role will see you working across a variety of gardens and landscapes, helping keep them looking their best. You'll work with a team but also be trusted to work independently, depending on the job.

Key Responsibilities

General garden maintenance: mowing, whipper-snipping, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching

Planting and plant care (including lawns, shrubs, and garden beds)

Basic irrigation checks and repairs

Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery (hedge trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc.)

Keeping work areas neat, tidy, and safe

Providing friendly and respectful service to clients

Supporting the wider team and helping out where needed

What We're Looking For

Some experience in gardening, landscaping or similar outdoor work

A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team

Basic knowledge of garden tools and safe work practices

Current driver’s licence preferred

Must have the right to work in Australia

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Experience with irrigation systems

Any horticulture or landscaping qualifications

Familiarity with basic handyman or trade work (e.g., fencing, paving)
