Dotless is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

As a Landscape Gardener, you will be involved in the full range of landscaping activities – from preparing and planting gardens to building outdoor features and maintaining established sites. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing soil, garden beds, and turf for planting

Planting, pruning, mowing, fertilising, and general garden maintenance

Installing and maintaining irrigation systems

Constructing and maintaining paths, retaining walls, fences, and other outdoor structures

Reading and following landscape plans to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Ensuring safe work practices and maintaining tools and equipment

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant landscaping or gardening experience

Sound plant knowledge and irrigation system understanding

Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical tasks in varying conditions

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture (preferred but not essential)

Current driver’s licence desirable

Salary & Benefits

$75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
