PERSOL is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Pharmaceutical Manufacturer known for its commitment to high-quality, GMP-compliant production. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Associate to join their quality team in the evening shift.

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the QA Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting quality operations during active manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on, production-floor-facing role focused on in-process quality assurance, continuous compliance, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and verify quality parameters throughout the manufacturing process.

Conduct in-process inspections and sample testing across a variety of dosage forms (e.g. tablets, capsules).

Execute physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products in alignment with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Document quality checks, observations, and deviations meticulously and in real time.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure process controls and quality checkpoints are consistently applied.

Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on GMP and quality practices.

Role requirements:

Be availbale to work Monday- Friday 4pm - 12am.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.

1-2 years prior experience in quality control or QA within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.

Full working rights in Australia.

Current and valid driver's licence (clean driving record).
