PM-Partners group are currently seeking ambitious associate consultants with 2-4 years of experience experience to take the next step in their career.
PM-Partners provides a range of services to our customers, including:
Advisory Services such as PMO and project maturity assessments, establishing new capabilities e.g. Delivery Frameworks, project and programme assurance
PMO as a service supporting large and complex programmes
Project Delivery of medium to large IT projects including the management of technology vendors or partners
A PM-Partners’ consultant needs to be multi-skilled, as your role will change from engagement to engagement. You will fulfil roles such as project manager, business analyst, change manager, test manager, integration manager and project support roles.
We provide training and global certifications in all of these areas through our training organisation, providing certifications such as PRINCE2, Scaled Agile (SAFe), APMG Change Management, IIBA Business Analysis and many more.

You will most likely have an interest in IT and project delivery. You may have come from a technical background and want to move into more front-line roles. You may be working at another consultancy who have you pigeonholed as a techie. We don’t put you in boxes, for us, we select as much on attitude as we do on aptitude.

Role Responsibilities:
Consulting Delivery fulfilling multiple roles to fulfil customer engagements
Drive Customer Success if the customer doesn’t get a win, they don’t invite us back
New skills and competencies are a must, you must be willing to learn and take on new roles and capabilities
Billable time is the key metric of success, if you are good, customers want more of you
Growth mindset in your role, in customer engagements and in your capabilities
About you:
Highly driven and self-motivated
A track record of project delivery, consulting or technical delivery
Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal, is key
Ability to organise and structure work
Ability to solve problems and present simple solutions to all aspects of work
Confidence + strong presence to engage with Clients
Seek forgiveness, don’t ask permission
No job beneath you, not challenge too great
Project Tooling experience (JIRA, PPM Tools, PowerBI, etc)
Impressive ATAR (please submit with Application)
Highly desired experience:
Industry experience in enterprise software or technology
Experience of project management, scheduling, change management, business analysts and/or solution architecture
