You will be client focused and passionate about driving a high-level service within your store. Operationally, you will be well versed to ensure the adherence to all global standards, and confident in utilising performance and financial reports to drive your business forward.

The Role:

• Managing an experienced team
• Achieving sales and KPI targets
• Conducting performance reviews and developing your teams individual skillset
• Manage high stock operation and ensure store visual standards are adhered to
• Salary package of up to $80,000 + Bonuses
