We’re seeking a motivated, proactive and dynamic Electricity Area Manager/Works Delivery Manager to lead our operations in the Broome region. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient energy solutions to the region, while enjoying the outdoors, adventure and natural beauty of the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:
•Deliver the Asset Management Plan (AMP), ensuring outcomes across safety, reliability, efficiency, capacity, governance, compliance, and budgets.
•Monitor and manage work package delivery, ensuring assets are built and maintained to agreed standards within approved budgets.
•Lead service works delivery processes in line with regulations, and promote strategic programs to improve asset efficiency.
•Provide expert guidance and reporting on distribution asset management, while ensuring visibility of work and technical support for the Asset Management team.
•Oversee emergency and breakdown support, manage Horizon Power-appointed contracts, participate in senior availability rosters, and respond to crisis situations as required.

What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
•A relevant trade or Diploma level qualification.
•WA Driver’s License Class “C” or “C-A”. HR preferred.
•Transmission Switching Level 4 and HV, LV, SIS switching experience.
•Strong knowledge of distribution networks, electrical protection systems, and OHSE practices.
•Experience in managing projects, contract, maintenance and budgets.
•Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
•Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, communicate effectively across all levels, and demonstrate commitment to team and company growth.
