Your New Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global retail giant in a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team. We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Specialist to support diverse initiatives, with a strong focus on enhancing in-store customer experience and streamlining internal communications.

This is an 2 month temporary position (most likely extend), offering you the chance to make a significant impact, especially during crucial peak trading periods.

About the Role:

You'll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life across their extensive store network and ensuring seamless internal information flow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Store Marketing & Customer Experience:
• Providing vital support for all store-facing marketing initiatives, including the development and implementation of captivating store signage and engaging audio experiences.
• Contributing to various exciting projects designed to elevate the in-store environment, particularly in the lead-up to our busiest festive season.
• Acting as a key support contact for their dedicated store teams, assisting them in the successful development and delivery of their own store-related projects.
• Business Communications & Stakeholder Support:
• Collaborating with internal departments, offering comprehensive support for their design requests from initial briefing and concept development through to successful rollout.
• Taking ownership of the implementation and scheduling of critical internal communications across various platforms, including company-wide emails and digital display screens.
• Assisting the wider marketing team and other departmental partners with diverse ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Finance & Administration Support:
• Maintaining meticulous organisation and filing systems.
• Accurately performing data entry tasks.
• Conducting ad-hoc research to support team objectives.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential: Previous experience in a retail environment. You understand the unique dynamics of store operations and customer engagement within a retail setting.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a Marketing or Marketing-related role.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• A collaborative team player who is proactive and demonstrates strong initiative.

Remuneration:

This role offers an attractive hourly rate of $40 - $45 per hour + Superannuation.
