We are seeking an Insurance Lawyer to join a prestigious national firm based in their Brisbane CBD office. The work on offer would include a large amount of Workers' Compensation matters as well as a mix of Public Liability and some Dust Disease work however it can be tailored to match your specific interests.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are already practicing in Defendant Insurance and looking to progress their career further. The Partners in this team are supportive and happy to provide mentoring, so they are open to any level of PAE up to Senior Associate level. Those who have worked in other areas of Insurance but have an interest in Defendant Personal Injury claims will also be considered.

Handle a variety of Workers' Compensation (majority), Public Liability and Dust Disease claims, offering tailored legal services to clients with a defendant mindset!

Advise and represent both defendants and the insured in complex matters.

Manage your own caseload with the opportunity to grow and develop your expertise in this practice area.

Currently working in Insurance Law and eager to continue specialising in this area.

Strong legal and analytical skills, attention to detail with an ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, effective advice to clients.
