About You

You will be a junior insurance lawyer, preferably with defendant experience and have a genuine interest in medical negligence work. You will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and up to 3 years PQE.

This role is broad in nature and encompasses medical negligence work, including assists doctors and hospitals defend allegations of medical negligence as well as doctors subject to Medical Board, Office of Health Ombudsman, Medicare and coronial investigations. This role also includes abuse law and sensitive matters.
