Become a member of a niche, fun and enthusiastic team of dental technicians at Creations Dental. We love our work and are loooking for a vibrant upbeat receptionist to assist us in the important role of being the first point of contact to our lovely customers. Needless to say the role is vital for day to day operations and we are looking for member who understands its importance and is 100% commmitted.

Our current Administrator is travelling overseas in the near future and will be training this new team member to fill her position which she did so amazingly well.

About the role:

Assisting in setting up of internal work schedule

Collating and summarising of information of weekly team discussions and morning huddle

Organisation of cases to be collected and delivered

Short daily afternoon delivery run around the city

Liaising with customers and assisting with enquiries

Invoicing of completed cases

managing all forms of work corespondence for our technicans to follow

About you

Exceptional phone manner and communication skills

Proficient in typing and general computer literacy

Exceptional organisation skills and muilti tasking ability.

Self-motivated, reliable and a team player

Dental expereince preferred but not critical

Drivers license

Good sense of humour and positive vibe about life
