Synergie Australia is seeking a Business Support Officer for a Government Housing services provider located in Longreach.

The important parts:
• Monday to Friday | Full-time hours
• $50.37 per hour
• Immediate start available

What you will be required to do:
In this role, you will provide first-point-of-contact customer service for housing tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring responsive maintenance is arranged efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and log maintenance requests
• Arrange and schedule responsive maintenance for housing properties
• Engage with callers to confirm or clarify details and de-escalate situations when needed
• Use software systems and tools accurately to record information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and contractors

To be successful in the role you will:
• Bring strong call centre or customer service experience
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Be confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and databases
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
