About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and Chef de Partie to join the heart of our kitchen at Bisou Bisou. In this role, you’ll bring bold French flavours to life, craft beautifully presented dishes, and mentor junior chef, all while working in a space where classic and contemporary converge. Bisou Bisou is all about warmth, and food with authenticity.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of executing dishes in your assigned section (could be rotisserie, meat, fish, pastry, hot‑mains, etc.), ensuring consistency, and quality. You’ll report to the Head Chef/Sous Chef, and work closely with the kitchen leadership to:

Create and present French inspired dishes with creativity and attention to detail.

Manage your kitchen section’s daily operations, maintain efficiency, organisation, and cleanliness.

Oversee stock, portioning and cost control, minimising waste while upholding flavour and presentation.

Mentor junior team members (Commis, Apprentices etc.), helping them develop skills in French cooking techniques and kitchen discipline.

Maintain sanitation, hygiene, health & safety standards.

Support in, training, and helping motivate the kitchen team.

What You’ll Bring
To succeed at Bisou Bisou, you will have:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role, working with French or European cuisine or fine‑dining / brasserie level kitchens is highly valued.

Solid knowledge of cooking methods, techniques, French or European dishes, sauces, and a flair for adapting them to modern or local tastes.

Strong leadership skills, team collaboration, ability to mentor and teach.

A passion for creativity, plating, presentation, and consistency.

Excellent knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.

A positive attitude, resilient work ethic, and readiness to contribute to a high performing team.
