Clarence is a modern Brisbane brasserie in Fish Lane, showcasing the best of local Queensland produce with French technique and Japanese influence. We work closely with regenerative farms, local fishermen, and artisan producers to create dishes that are seasonal, thoughtful, and produce-driven.

As Chef de Partie you will:

Lead your section with consistency, precision, and efficiency

Uphold Clarence’s high standards of cooking and presentation

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a smooth and professional service

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment

Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality dining environment

Strong knife skills and technical knowledge

Ability to manage prep and service under pressure

A genuine passion for local produce and evolving your craft

Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
