We’re expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee our pre-cast concrete pool projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of pre-cast pool projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key link between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and our internal team—making sure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Removal of Existing Pools – Coordinate safe and efficient demolition and disposal.
✅ Pool Supply & Delivery – Manage supplier orders, optional upgrades, and delivery schedules.
✅ Design, Permits, Approvals & Engineering – Oversee pool layout, soil testing, certification, and approval submissions.
✅ Installation Management – Supervise excavation, foundation laying, backfilling, and labour.
✅ Crane Hire Coordination – Organize crane access and logistics
✅ Plumbing & Electrical – Schedule and coordinate licensed trades.
✅ Pool Equipment Supply & Install – Ensure pump, filter, and chlorinator systems are correctly supplied and installed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, landscaping, or pool installation.

Strong knowledge of permits, approvals, and engineering requirements.

Ability to read and interpret plans, designs, and site reports.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage clients, suppliers, and trades.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
